What can I say everyone loves Christmas, especially me.  The traditional fruit cake is not for everyone, but there is always the option of sponge cake, which ever you prefer, you can still design a great cake; the design could be of a floral theme with Poinsettias and Holly or of a more comical theme for instance snowmen having a snowball fight, there are also many frostings available to make your cake glisten like snow.

Your options are endless, but no matter what cake you choose there is just one ingredient which is common to all my Christmas cakes, and that’s Christmas cheer wished to you and all your family.
